Outcomes are predictable- If you put predictable processes in place. I can't tell you how many salespeople who "think" they have this process stuff down pat when really what they have is just "the way they've always done it".  Worse yet they often have a hodge-podge collection of "sales tricks" they call a process, and wonder why they fail at getting steady, regular improvement.

Occasionally you'll get some who have put together a pretty good way of doing things, but the problem is predictability and consistency.  That's where the process comes in.

2. How & When To Use Sales Tools.

Unfortunately, most of the "really" good sales tools get left on the "cutting room floor". 

Sure, everyone has a few tools in their bag that are at least working enough to keep things halfway to their liking but the power in those that simply don't get used is almost magical.  The results can be exponential.  Knowing what tools to pull out of your bag and when is the sign of a great salesman.
